FAQ

How does the water-fed pole work?

Tap water is passed through a series of filters to remove minerals, chemicals, and impurities, creating pure water. The purified water is then fed through a lightweight, telescopic pole, allowing our technicians to reach even high windows safely from the ground. A specialised brush at the end of the pole gently scrubs the glass, loosening dirt and grime. The pure water then rinses the window, leaving it spotlessly clean and streak-free as it naturally dries without the need for squeegeeing.

Do I have to be at home when you clean my windows?

No, we will contact you prior to your scheduled clean to let you know that we are attending. If access is required then we would need you to leave a gate unlocked for us. When we are finished we will send you a confirmation that we have completed the works. Payment will then need to be made within 7 days. (Please note, all balances must be cleared prior to the next scheduled clean)

Are you insured to be working on my property?

Of course! For your complete peace of mind, we maintain £1 million of public liability insurance, covering both you as the customer and us as a business. This substantial coverage protects you against any unforeseen accidents or damage that might occur during our work, providing you with financial security and reassurance. Do you clean in the rain?

Yes. Our system uses pure water, which is the key. Normal tap water and rainwater contain minerals and impurities that leave streaks. Because our purified water is free of these impurities, it acts like a magnet for dirt, even in light rain. The rain simply helps to pre-wet the window, and our pure water still effectively lifts and rinses away the dirt. Because there are no impurities in the final rinse, the window will still dry streak-free, even if it's drizzling.

Do you use ladders?

Our water-fed pole system allows us to clean most windows safely and effectively from the ground, eliminating the need for ladders in the vast majority of cases. This offers several advantages: it's much safer for our technicians, reduces the risk of damage to your property, and is often quicker and more efficient. While we are fully trained and equipped to use ladders when absolutely necessary for hard-to-reach windows or specific cleaning requirements, we prioritize the safety and efficiency of our ground-based system whenever possible.
