Terms and Conditions for PureMax Cleaning Solutions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of exterior cleaning services ("Services") by PureMax Cleaning Solutions ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the customer ("you" or "your").
1.2 By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
2.1 We offer a range of exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices for our Services are subject to change, with the exception of regular window cleaning services as detailed in 3.4.

3.3 We accept GoCardless direct debit, Card, BACS & Cash
3.4 Regular Window Cleaning Price Adjustments: For customers who opt for regular window cleaning services (e.g., 4-weekly), the price will be subject to an annual increase of £1. This increase will be applied on the anniversary of your initial service commencement date. We will provide reasonable notice of this price adjustment and by no means are you obligated to continue using the service.
3.5 Payments for completed work need to be made within 7 days of the completion date, including weekends and bank holidays.
3.6 If you are a regular customer and you have an outstanding balance, this must be cleared before we can commence the next scheduled clean.
4. Weather Conditions
4.1 We operate in all weather conditions, including rain and cold weather.
4.2 However, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel Services if we deem weather conditions to be hazardous or unsuitable for carrying out the work safely and effectively.
4.3 The decision to postpone or cancel Services due to weather is at our sole discretion.
4.4 If we cancel due to weather, we will contact you to reschedule the Services at the earliest convenience.
4.5 If you are a regular customer and we need to reschedule your clean, you will not be charged until the work is complete.
5. Your Responsibilities
5.1 You are responsible for providing us with safe access to your property and ensuring that any necessary permissions or consents are obtained.
5.2 You must remove any obstacles that may hinder our work, such as vehicles, furniture, or plants.
6. Our Liability
6.1 We will carry out the Services with reasonable care and skill.
6.2 We will not be liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions on your property, such as loose tiles, faulty gutters, or weathered windows & frames.
6.3 Our liability for any damage caused by our negligence will be limited to the cost of repairing the damage.
7. Cancellations
7.1 You may cancel the Services by providing us with 24 hours' notice.
7.2 If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8. Complaints
8.1 If you are dissatisfied with our Services, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can address your concerns.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
10. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
10.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
